Today, I'll introduce you to Korean toast.
Recently, I watched a YouTube video of a British chef evaluating Korean toast.
In this YouTube video, a British chef praised Korean-style toast.
So I'm going to blog about Korean toast.
It is popular as a street food in Korea.
Toast originated in England.
British toast is eaten with toast and eggs.
Or spread fruit jam and eat it.
It's a fairly simple dish.
But now Korean toast is completely different from British toast.
Korean-style toast has its own characteristics.
Various toppings or sauces are used.
So I order Korean toast after looking at the menu.
If you order the toast you want, add the right ingredients or toppings to make it.
Korean-style toast also has a luxurious menu with toppings such as avocado.
So you can taste a completely different toast, not just one kind of toast.
But one ingredient is the same.
The toast's baked bread is the same regardless of the menu.
The toast I'm going to introduce today is egg toast.
As you can see from the picture, toast is made like a sandwich with eggs and sauce.
The soft egg wrap and sweet mustard sauce are excellent.
The bread is baked moderately, so it's soft.
The bread is baked in butter, so it's savory and a little bit salty.
It has a lot of scraps of egg in it.
So the texture is good.
It was also good that I could eat something warm because it was cooked right away.
Korean-style toast is cooked on the spot when ordered.
It's a pure egg toast with no other vegetables toppings.
It's an egg toast that's perfect as a snack for a simple meal.
I like toast like this.
Korean people prefer vegetable toast or ham toast
I can't introduce all the Korean-style toast in this blogging.
Next time, I will introduce another Korean toast through another posting.
Ham toast, vegetable toast, etc
