Here is Seoul museum of History

I was surprised to see the diorama in Seoul.

It's not only because it's very detailed, but also because it was big.

And it's because it's almost completely depicting the appearance of Seoul.

I think it made by paper

I was curious about two things.

I wondered how much time it took to make this diorama.

And I was curious about what you saw and copied each and every one of them when you made a diorama in Seoul.

I looked for places I've been to while looking at Seoul's diorama.

I drew a traditional Korean pattern on the wall of the concert hall.

It's a picture of the sun, the moon, and the mountains.

In Korea, this is called landscape painting.

Skating rink of the City Hall of Seoul

In winter, you can see a little different scenery near Gwanghwamun.

In the winter, skating rink in front of Seoul City Hall was created.

So many families come to skate.

It's fun to skate and it's fun to watch.

If you visit Seoul in winter, you can see Gwanghwamun during the day

It will be fun to go to a skating rink at night.

To avoid catching a cold while skating.

You should wear thick winter clothes.

And you have to pack your gloves.

Coming Winter, you can see Skating rink in front of the City Hall of Seoul.

It's very exciting place when you skate with girlfriend or boyfriend.       

 

 

Korea baseball playoffs

When i first saw korea baseball playoffs 2012 in Jamsil Sports Complex 

I was surprised because korean people is a big fan of baseball  

you see?

all seats occupied!!

In Korea, Koreans like baseball as much as Americans do.

So many spectators visit baseball stadiums during the Korean baseball season.

There are various events held at the baseball stadium.

In international baseball competitions, the Korean national team also gets good results.

If you want to feel Koreans' passion for sports.

I think it will be a good experience to visit the Korean baseball stadium.

Jong-ro tower : Jong-ro' land mark

Jongno Tower is a landmark of Jongno-gu.

Jongno Tower, which can be seen on Myeongdong Street, is like a building in famous PC games such as Sim City and Eternal City.

This building is designed by the architect Rafael Vinoly.

I think this building is cool!

But many Koreans don't like the building.

This building was ranked as the third worst building.

Actually, I couldn't understand.

I don't understand why many Koreans don't like future-oriented designs.

There are many modern architectural buildings in Seoul besides Jongno Tower.

Foreigners won't believe there are many tall buildings.

So you will be surprised if you visit Seoul.

Insa-dong antique shop

If you go to Insa-dong gil, you will face many antique shop
I recommand you only buy a cheap and small souvenir

The antique store in the picture is the place that came out of director Kim Ki-duk's movie MOEBIUS.

It's gone now.

It's an antique shop in Insadong Alley.

When I visited Insadong, I remembered the movie and filmed it.

Deoksugung Palace - the changing of the guards ceremony

Deoksugung Palace is close to Gwanghwamun Gate.

It's a good place to visit after visiting Gwanghwamun.

It was a popular attraction for many foreigners before COVID-19.

You can see the changing of the guards ceremony everyday at am 11:00, pm 2:00, 3:30
and you can take photo with the guards.

Before COVID-19,

There was a time to take pictures with the traditional guard for tourists.

You can only look around now.

It is a popular attraction for many foreigners visiting Korea.

The night view is beautiful.

So many foreigners come to watch at night.

During the day, you can also see the inspection of the traditional honor guard.

In front of Gwanghwamun, you can also see the statue of King Sejong.

You've probably seen this in a lot of video media.

If you come to Seoul, it is worth visiting.
